• NEW ZEALAND COLOSTRUM
  Colostrum, also known as first milk, is a form of milk produced by mothers and cows in the first few days after giving birth. New Zealand Colostrum is chosen because there is no Mad Cow Disease (a.k.a BSE or foot and mouth disease) being reported in this country. The use of antibiotic, hormones and pesticides are prohibited in New Zealand dairy industry.
  
  Colostrum is rich in antimicrobial components such as immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA & IgM), lactoferrin, lysozyme and lactoperoxidase which help protect the upper respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts against infectious diseases. Ingesting colostrum establishes beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract.
